Roles & Access Permissions

Owner — Full Control: account administration, Shopify connection, staff roles and existing order tools.
Operational Staff: search and view orders, edit supported shipping addresses and operate existing order hold/release functions.
Read-Only Staff: search and view orders without making changes. Owners may change roles or disable staff anytime. A disabled staff member is signed out immediately.

All three plans include the same features. Only the number of staff accounts differs. Every owner has Full Control and can independently assign Operational Access or Read-Only Access to any staff account. Operational staff may edit supported order shipping addresses and use existing hold/release actions; Read-Only staff may search and view orders only. Staff cannot manage account billing, team members, or Shopify credentials.

Want to change plans?

If you registered on Basic but want Standard after the trial, send the Standard plan payment (Rs. 3,600 for Pakistani stores) and request Standard activation through WhatsApp. If you're already on a paid Basic plan, ask support about paying the $3 difference for an eligible upgrade. Plan changes take effect after verification.
